Customer Engagement Industrial Placement 2027
This role is a twelve-month industrial placement within the customer engagement team at the Met Office, commencing in July 2027. The successful candidate will support account managers in maintaining customer relationships, developing account business plans, and reviewing customer feedback to increase satisfaction. Working alongside marketing colleagues and diverse experts, the placement provides hands-on experience in delivering services to government and industry partners.

- Ability to explore information to support decision makers
- Curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
