Data Engineer
An experienced data engineer is required to join the Data Engineering team at Registers of Scotland. You will develop and maintain the data warehouse, build robust data pipelines, and create data transformation processes and bespoke data products. Working independently and in agile teams, you will deliver secure software solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to meet user requirements. You will also undertake data profiling, support existing systems, and ensure technical solutions comply with security and performance standards.

- Identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues
Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled or pre-settled status under the EUSS, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
Selection process
The technical assessment via Hackerrank takes place on the 23rd of October with 3 calendar days to complete. Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview.
