DBS HRACS Deputy Head
This role provides strategic leadership for managing high-profile, sensitive, and complex complaints within the Ministry of Defence, ensuring robust risk management and alignment with departmental priorities. The post holder leads the handling of multi-stranded casework, acts as a senior adviser to military and civil leaders, and builds productive relationships with stakeholders across government and external organizations. Day to day, they analyze complex workforce data, improve employee lived experience, and drive continuous service improvement. They work closely with senior leadership teams and policy colleagues to ensure consistent, defensible outcomes across the workforce.
