Deputy Head of Housing Support Services
The Deputy Head of Housing Support Services leads a broad portfolio of housing support functions crucial to UK Defence housing. You will direct teams responsible for legal services, housing casework, customer support, debt management, loss of entitlement activity, and business governance to ensure efficient and customer-focused delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partner organisations across Defence, you will drive continuous improvement, manage complex issues, and support major organisational transformation. The role requires providing visible leadership to geographically dispersed teams while ensuring services are delivered compliantly and professionally.
