Defence Nuclear Organisation - ASTRAEA Project Controls Manager
The Defence Nuclear Organisation is seeking a project controls manager to lead benefits management and support wider project control activities for the ASTRAEA programme within the Warhead Group. You will develop and maintain a benefits strategy and realisation plan, track project dependencies, and help prepare business cases aligned with the five case model. You will collaborate with a dynamic team across multiple sites and interact with internal and international partners, including the United States under cooperative agreements. The role requires handling sensitive information and managing complex engineering or defence acquisition programmes.

- At least 2 years experience in project management or controls
- Experience using project delivery methods, risks, and schedules
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using Primavera P6
- Experience managing projects through the CADMID cycle
Qualifications
- APMQ or similar Project / Programme Management Qualifications
- Managing Successful Programmes
- Nuclear Weapons Foundation Course
