Deputy Head of Operations
The deputy head of operations helps manage national court and tribunal services, supporting the head of operations in day-to-day service delivery. The role involves building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading teams, and solving complex operational problems to ensure hearings run efficiently. The postholder provides strategic direction, drives performance improvements, and works closely with the judiciary and local managers. This position is based nationally, with regular attendance required at the Birmingham site.
