Deputy Director, IT Service Operations
You will lead the delivery of secure, resilient, and user-centred information technology services that underpin our vital regulatory mission as Great Britain's independent energy regulator. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across enterprise IT services, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet organisational needs and deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead four core capabilities which include service design and transition, service management, service desk, and end user computing. Furthermore, you will champion innovation, lead transformation across the live service portfolio, strengthen operational governance, and embed a culture of continual improvement.

- Proven ability to set and lead strategic direction for IT service operations
- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale service delivery and transformation
- Strong track record in managing and evolving end user computing services at scale
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing large budgets and vendors
- Knowledge of civil service procurement and budget management for digital services
