Deputy Director, Place Division
This role leads the Place Division within the Housing and Regeneration Directorate, driving initiatives to ensure safe and affordable housing across Wales. The postholder manages a land portfolio, capital funding programmes, and revenue budgets while directing town centre regeneration and land development bodies. Working closely with government ministers, senior officials, and local authority partners, the director oversees property management and strategic housing policies. The position requires guiding a large team and fostering collaborative relationships across the Welsh public sector to achieve government commitments.
