Director - Planning and Place
This is a senior leadership role providing strategic direction for the Planning and Place Directorate within the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation. The post holder will lead the setup of the Corporation as a local planning authority and drive the Framework for Good Growth to unlock housing and economic development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team and a budget while collaborating with technical experts, local government, businesses, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Homes England to support the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation activities.

Nationality requirements
