Deputy Director Policy, Partnerships and Performance (England)
This role involves leading a multidisciplinary function that provides the strategic backbone for the England Portfolio, connecting policy, partnerships, planning, performance, improvement, insight, and learning. You will work closely with funding colleagues, corporate functions, and senior stakeholders to ensure funding achieves measurable impact for communities. The position combines internal leadership of dispersed teams with a strong ambassadorial remit to build credibility and influence across sectors. You will set strategic direction, use intelligence and evidence to shape decisions, and produce advice for governance forums including committee and board meetings.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and external representation skills
