You will work alongside frontend developers, content designers, and user researchers to put users first and support live services during office hours. The role involves troubleshooting issues, responding to incidents, and participating in out-of-hours support rotas. You will share your knowledge through blog posts and show-and-tells while helping millions of people access essential government services.
