Lead Developer (Salesforce)
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions within Ofgem's Digital, Data and Security Services directorate. You will provide hands-on leadership to development teams, setting technical standards, guiding design decisions, and ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable applications. You will work closely with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor developers, manage system integrations, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
