Programme Facilitator - Gloucestershire (South West)
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation, helping them change attitudes and reduce reoffending. Working in a supportive team alongside probation practitioners and courts, you will lead group and one-to-one sessions in community settings. You will monitor participant progress, manage challenging behaviour, and keep accurate records while completing extensive training. The role involves regular evening work and travel across a regional area to deliver programmes.
