Programme Manager - Bristol/BaNS - NPS South West Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions
The Programme Manager leads and manages the delivery of accredited programmes, structured interventions, and senior attendance centres for people on probation subject to community sentencing. The role involves direct line management of a dispersed mobile team, allocating resources to ensure quality standards and performance targets are met, and maintaining health and safety arrangements. They work closely with external agencies, stakeholders, and the judiciary to maintain coordinated service delivery and support public protection duties. The postholder oversees staff rotas, financial resources, and service development in line with HM Prison and Probation Service regulations and audit standards.
