The Digital Business Performance and Planning Manager supports the delivery of the Department for Work and Pensions digital strategy and business plans. Day to day, you will gather data, maintain trackers, assist with workforce planning, and circulate performance metrics using online dashboards. You will work closely with senior business managers and provide secretariat support during planning sessions and administrative support for communication channels. This role helps the business operate, maintain, and transform services while ensuring resources remain within budget.

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss/Icelandic/Liechtenstein nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
