Digital Capabilities and Onboarding Manager
You will lead multidisciplinary and matrix-managed teams within the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency to deliver technology changes and projects such as technology refreshes and business application implementations. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to ensure business requirements are met within time constraints while building sustainable capability to support technology services. This role involves planning resources, managing risks, and providing project and secretariat support for larger initiatives. You will work within the Digital & Data Directorate alongside various managers and stakeholders across the agency to foster a high-performing environment.
What they're looking for
- Experience in a medium complexity project team or work stream lead for a small low complex project
- Practised knowledge of planning, resource management, risk, issues, and budget controls
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence external partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop networks across teams and business areas
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with relevant work rights or EUSS status.
Selection process
