Digital Engagement Lead
You will lead cross-government strategic engagement, communications, and stakeholder management for digital work within the Electoral Resilience and Democratic Engagement Programme. Working in an agile environment, you will build relationships across government departments and partner organisations to understand dependencies, governance pathways, and stakeholder readiness. Your day-to-day work involves identifying risks and removing barriers to collaboration to help transform electoral registration and services. You will collaborate across professions and project teams to ensure successful delivery of high-profile digital solutions that benefit millions of people participating in UK elections.

Selection process
Sifting is envisaged to take place from 1st October 2026. Interviews are envisaged to take place shortly after and are held remotely via videocall.
