Director of Digital and Innovation
The Director of Digital and Innovation leads the shaping, delivery, and management of the Immigration Advice Authority's digital, data, and technology agenda. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder develops innovative digital solutions to support regulatory objectives while ensuring service resilience and security. The role combines strategic leadership, digital transformation, technology operations, and organisational change to modernise services. Working with executive teams and multidisciplinary staff, the postholder uses emerging technologies to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes.

- Experience managing significant budgets, suppliers, and commercial arrangements
