Directorate Support, Workforce and Capability Lead (Maternity cover)
The Directorate Support, Workforce and Capability Lead ensures the smooth running of the finance directorate by managing workforce planning and capability. This diverse, fast-paced role sits centrally within the business support team to support the strategic priorities of senior leaders and the deputy chief financial officer. The postholder works closely with senior stakeholders on business-critical work, handles competing priorities, and anticipates emerging issues. This is a maternity cover position limited to one year.
