PSO Impact Lead (Maternity Cover)
The Impact Lead develops and implements benefits management approaches across growth sector and innovation teams to track programme outcomes in real time. They collaborate with strategy groups, build stakeholder relationships across the organisation and wider research councils, and support business case development as a core oversight team member. The role champions consistent benefits practices, guides project teams on assurance processes, and leads performance communities to improve programme delivery standards.
