As a Data Test and Assurance Engineer, you will lead the data test assurance practice across the Azure Databricks platform. You will define and embed automated data and platform testing practices across engineering, analytics, and AI workloads to ensure reliable, secure, and ethical solutions. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery managers, you will guide contractors and ensure outputs meet high technical standards. This role provides crucial technical leadership to help the agency mature its data culture and deliver consistent data services.

• Strong background in data testing and assurance across cloud data platforms
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Pandas, and SQL for automated testing
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake
• Understanding of AI/ML assurance, data governance, and security controls

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related discipline
