Senior Data Engineers work within a small business intelligence development team to tackle significant data challenges and deliver robust solutions. They develop and maintain databases, data marts, and reporting systems while responding to specific data requests primarily using Microsoft SQL Server. The role supports statistical and analytical colleagues by ensuring accurate and accessible data to enable the effective regulation of education and care providers. Post holders also build stakeholder relationships, influence others, and coach team members within a supportive environment.
