Equalities Advisor - HMP Bullingdon
The job holder leads on equality issues within the prison establishment, ensuring compliance with legislation and managing the Diversity Incident Reporting Form process. They develop annual equality plans, conduct equality-related audits, and work closely with senior management and local groups to eliminate discrimination. The role involves line management responsibilities, delivering awareness sessions, and coordinating training for staff and prisoners. The post holder collaborates with Safer Custody and litigation leads to address bullying, harassment, and equality-related litigation.
