Estates and Health & Safety Planning Lead
This role involves shaping and delivering the future estates strategy for the Office of the Public Guardian, ensuring that facilities management and health and safety services are efficient and fit for the organisation's long-term needs. You will lead strategic reviews, organisational redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites to create a more integrated and flexible operating model. Working closely with senior leaders, human resources, trade unions, and other stakeholders, you will use data and insight to inform decision-making, support workforce planning, and drive transformational change.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Interviews will be held remotely via MS Teams and will include a 5-minute presentation.
