Estates Work Supervisor
You will help change the look and feel of the built estate by assisting the building surveyor and estate department in managing buildings, utilities, and general estate services. Your day will involve planning, specifying, and supervising contracts to maintain, repair, and improve properties while ensuring statutory compliance and health and safety. You will also carry out building inspection reports, liaise with tenants, and coordinate remedial works across the district. You will work closely with the wider estate team, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver efficient property management.

- Experience in property and contract management and supervising works on site
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in IT packages including MS Office
- Experience producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements
Qualifications
- GCSE in Maths and English or functional skills equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
