Community Payback Supervisor - Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service - Unpaid Work - Bradford
Community Payback Supervisors directly manage groups of individuals serving community sentences while they complete unpaid work placements such as clearing overgrowth, cleaning streets, and restoring community facilities. Post holders lead small teams on site, drive service minibuses to transport people and equipment, and ensure all tasks are carried out safely and to a high standard. You will work closely with people on probation to motivate them, demonstrate good practice, and support their rehabilitation journey. The role requires regular weekend working and a hands-on, active approach in an outdoor environment.
