Community Payback Supervisor - Yorkshire and The Humber Probation Service - Unpaid Work - Wakefield
This role involves directly supervising and motivating small teams of individuals completing community payback unpaid work placements. Post holders guide participants through practical manual tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and removing graffiti to benefit local neighbourhoods. Working alongside participants, supervisors demonstrate good practice and drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment to various project sites.
