Family Court Adviser - North Wales
As a Family Court Adviser, you will work directly with vulnerable children and families to advise the family courts on the best course of action for the child or young person. You will collaborate with parents, relatives, local authorities, and the courts to ensure the child's voice is heard and their welfare remains paramount throughout legal proceedings. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a caseload of public and private law cases, providing high-quality written and oral evidence, and helping to reduce conflict between parties. You will operate as part of Cafcass Cymru within the Welsh Government to safeguard children and shape the family justice system.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Work (or Social Care Wales registered equivalent)
