Family Court Adviser - South West Wales
As a Family Court Adviser, you will work directly with vulnerable children and families to advise family courts on the best course of action for a child or young person. You will carry a caseload of private and public law cases while collaborating with parents, relatives, local authorities, and the courts to safeguard children and ensure their voices are heard. Your role includes providing high-quality oral and written evidence to courts, appointing legal representation, and helping families resolve disputes to reduce conflict. Ultimately, you will champion the child's welfare and future while maintaining the required independence throughout family legal proceedings.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Work
- Social Care Wales registered equivalent
