Family Court Adviser - South Wales/Gwent
As a Family Court Adviser, you will work directly with vulnerable children and families to advise family courts on the best course of action for young people. You will manage a caseload of private and public law cases, providing professional social work advice and written or oral evidence to court. You will collaborate with parents, relatives, local authorities, and partner organisations to safeguard children and ensure their voices are heard. Additionally, you will help reduce conflict between parties in dispute and ensure all actions comply with statutory and organisational requirements.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Work (or Social Care Wales registered equivalent)
- A valid driving licence and motor insurance

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
If successful at Stage 1, you will complete a written assessment task ahead of a panel interview based on behaviours and experiences.
