Field Operations Manager
The Office for National Statistics is recruiting a Field Operations Manager to lead teams at the heart of household survey data collection across the UK. You will directly manage home-based interviewer managers, oversee recruitment and operational performance, and ensure resources are deployed effectively. Working as part of a supportive management team, you will drive strategic improvements and lead staff through a period of significant transformation. Regular travel across your region is a key part of the role to support operational delivery and engage with colleagues.

Nationality requirements
