Recruitment Operations Manager
The Recruitment Operations Manager leads onboarding and induction processes for Justice Digital, Data and Science at the Ministry of Justice. The role designs and improves induction programmes to help new employees settle in, while managing a team of Recruitment Operations Advisors. The postholder works closely with various stakeholders to resolve complex onboarding issues and ensures processes align with organisational culture. This position is ideal for someone ready to step into management and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
