Finance Business Partner
Finance Business Partners act as expert advisers, combining financial acumen with strong interpersonal skills to guide senior decision-makers. You will provide specialist financial advice, challenge budget holders, and help navigate complex delivery areas to drive value for money. Day to day, you will engage with IT experts, support business case development, and influence senior leader boards. You will work collaboratively within the Financial Management Division and alongside the wider HMRC community to deliver exceptional financial services.

- CCAB or equivalent fully qualified chartered accountant
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills to translate financial data
- Confident communicator comfortable challenging leaders
- Proven experience working in a complex organisation
Qualifications
- CCAB Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with CIMA, ACCA CIPFA, ACA or equivalent
