HR Business Partner
You will act as the primary human resources contact for designated directorates, building trusted relationships with senior leaders to align human resources advice with business needs. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change, and day-to-day human resources operations. You will work closely with line managers and colleagues to support talent management, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development. This role helps the organisation protect the public through effective regulation by ensuring robust people management practices.

- Significant generalist HR experience at business partner level
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience in workforce planning and supporting change

Qualifications
- CIPD qualified to at least level 5 or equivalent degree in HR
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or status.
Selection process
Sift starts 23rd October 2026. Interviews held on 2nd and 9th October on MS Teams or in person in London.
