Finance Business Partner
Finance Business Partners provide expert financial advice, constructive challenge, and strategic support to senior leaders and directors across the department. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and business case development while building strong relationships to ensure value for money and good governance. Working across policy, operational, and commercial areas, you translate complex financial information into clear advice for non-finance audiences. The role involves overseeing partner organisations, managing staff performance and development as a line manager, and championing the use of data to drive better decision-making.

Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) or working towards qualification
