FSM: Waste Management Environmental
The job holder manages waste collection, recycling, and disposal processes while ensuring best value outcomes for all material streams. Responsibilities include supervising staff and prisoners, maintaining site transport and equipment, and escorting external contractors. The role also involves managing health and safety compliance, producing reports, and contributing to security and business planning. You will work within a prison establishment alongside prison staff, management, prisoners, and external contractors.
