Head of Accessibility
You will lead accessibility and inclusive digital design across the department, acting as a subject matter expert on assisted digital and the Government Service Standard. You will collaborate with senior leaders, delivery teams, and commercial partners to ensure internal systems and public services are accessible to all users by default. You will manage a team of specialists, guide procurement of compliant software, and promote best practice in accessibility across government communities. This role involves strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on guidance to embed digital inclusion at an organizational level.

Qualifications
- Degree in psychology, cognitive science, human factors or related disciplines
