As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner within the Parliamentary Commercial Department to lead complex procurement activities, develop commercial strategies, and deliver successful outcomes. You will work closely with directorates and programme teams across the Parliamentary Estate to shape requirements, provide commercial expertise, and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations. The role involves managing commercial specialisms such as indirect categories, ICT digital transformations, or major construction and works projects.
