Head of Digital Transformation
You will lead the digital and artificial intelligence modernisation programme at Companies House as the Senior Responsible Owner. Working alongside senior leaders and technical teams, you will define the organisation's digital strategy, secure investment, and oversee the transition from legacy systems to resilient, user-centred services. Your day-to-day work involves shaping governance frameworks, driving innovation responsibly, and aligning technology plans with cross-government priorities. This strategic leadership role enables you to influence digital transformation on a national scale and deliver measurable outcomes for millions of citizens and businesses.
