Lead Analyst for Digital Transformation Group
The Lead Analyst sets the overall vision for analytical work within the Digital Analytics Directorate and wider Transformation Group at the Department for Work and Pensions. They act as a senior analytical adviser for major transformation programmes, providing strategic challenge, analytical assurance, and insight to executive leaders, boards, and ministers. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing transformation measurement frameworks, and championing the use of customer and colleague insight to improve service transformation. They work closely with ministers, senior leaders, policy and operational stakeholders, and members of the Government Analytical Professions.

Nationality requirements
The job is open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
