Head of Estates (Campus Development)
The Head of Estate Transformation provides leadership for the entire estates transformation programme, ensuring effective delivery of the Natural Environment Research Council Estates Strategy. The role oversees programme governance, budgeting, strategic planning, risk management assurance, and stakeholder engagement. The postholder works closely with the Head of Estates and Centre leads to maintain a one team approach and ensure seamless delivery of business as usual and transformation activities. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed executive level reports, promoting data driven decision making, and deputising for the Associate Director for Estates and Sustainability.

- Strong financial oversight including budget setting and forecasting
- Demonstrable strength in project and programme governance
- Experience of decarbonisation activity within the built environment
Qualifications
- NEC accreditation
- APM accreditation
- RICS accreditation
- IWFM accreditation
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
