Head of Private Office
The Head of Private Office leads a thirty-person network to embed and manage the 'One Private Office' operating model within the Infected Blood Compensation Authority. The role involves providing strategic counsel to senior leaders, establishing robust governance and quality assurance frameworks, and overseeing workforce planning and capability development. Day to day, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the executive team is fully supported and aligned with organisational priorities. You will also line manage senior staff at Grade 7 level and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

- Extensive experience operating in a senior Private Office or executive role
- Track record of embedding complex operating models and workforce planning
- Success in mediating structural disputes and establishing governance frameworks

Nationality requirements
Candidates do not need to meet Civil Service Nationality Rules but must demonstrate their right to work in the UK without requiring employer sponsorship.
