Higher Officer - Sussex and Kent (Farm Advice and Protected Sites)
You will work as a Higher Officer within the Sussex and Kent area team, helping to protect and restore natural environments and protected wildlife sites. Your day involves conducting one-on-one site visits, advising farmers and land managers on agri-environment schemes, and collaborating with local partners to meet nature recovery goals. You will join either the farm advice and land management team or the protected sites team depending on your skills, engaging regularly with external stakeholders. The role requires carrying out regular car travel across Sussex and Kent to support conservation projects on the ground.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree in environmental, geographical or scientific discipline (Desirable)
