HMP Highpoint - Activities Unit Manager - Neurodiversity Support Manager
The post holder will lead on supporting prisoners with needs arising from neurodivergence by developing and implementing a whole system approach. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to help prisoners achieve and progress through education, skills and work pathways. The role includes tracking prisoner progress, managing individual cases, and analysing data to identify and address participation gaps. Additionally, the person will raise staff awareness, upskill the workforce, and ensure appropriate adjustments are made to support neurodivergent individuals throughout their sentence and upon release.
