Industries Manager - Activities Unit Manager (AUM) - HMP Cookham Wood and Rochester
The Industries Manager oversees prison workshops, industries, and land-based areas to provide purposeful activity and training for prisoners in a realistic working environment. The job holder manages staff performance, budgets, health and safety, and commercial contracts while implementing national policies locally. They work alongside internal teams and external partners to build employment pathways and support prisoner rehabilitation and resettlement. The role is predominantly based at one prison site with leadership responsibility for production targets, quality standards, and secure operations.
