HMP Onley: Group Worker
You will work in a prison delivering offending behaviour programmes through group sessions and one-to-one meetings to help reduce reoffending. You will collaborate as part of a team to assess participants, maintain accurate records, and support wider rehabilitative activities. This non-operational role involves training and career development opportunities in a supportive environment. Although based primarily at one prison, you may occasionally be required to deliver programmes at other establishments across the region.
