HMP Send CW: Offender Management: Prison Offender Manager
The job holder will lead the management and assessment of selected low to medium risk prisoners, preparing and reviewing their sentence plans to reduce reoffending. They will build supportive relationships with prisoners, support probation officers in high risk cases, and carry out regular prisoner facing activities. The role involves interviewing arrivals, setting targets, and using information systems to manage risks and coordinate sentence plan activities. Working collaboratively with prison colleagues and external agencies, the post holder will also contribute to public protection, resettlement, and release planning processes.
