Offender Management: Prison Offender Manager
This role involves managing and assessing low to medium-risk prisoners to help reduce reoffending. You will build supportive relationships with prisoners, create and review sentence plans, and support probation officers with high-risk cases. Daily tasks include interviewing new arrivals, updating case management systems, and coordinating with outside agencies for resettlement and risk management. You will work within a prison environment, collaborating closely with colleagues, partner organisations, and criminal justice agencies.
