Offender Management: Prison Offender Manager
The job holder leads the management and assessment of selected low to medium risk prisoners, building supportive relationships with them to reduce reoffending and implement sentence plans. They act in a supportive role to probation officers for high risk prisoners and conduct regular prisoner-facing activities and interviews. This is a non-operational and rotational role with no line management responsibilities.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
