HR Recruitment Advisor - Strategic Projects
You will provide guidance and administrative support to hiring managers, helping them run effective and compliant recruitment campaigns. You will manage campaign activity, support assessment and advertising approaches, and contribute to recruitment governance. Working closely with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders, you will use data and best practice to improve service delivery. This role supports recruitment activity across the agency to help attract the talent it needs.

- Experience working in recruitment, talent acquisition or equivalent
- Experience guiding and advising internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities

Selection process
